After transforming her appearance, Kara Moore needs to find a wardrobe to match

Good Housekeeping (UK) - - GH Special -

Ihave just been through a year of reinvention. It all started when I decided to stop dyeing my hair. I’d been colouring it for 30 years and was sick of seeing grey roots after only two weeks. When the colour was half grown out, I could see I was going to look very different, so I decided to lose weight, too. I joined Slimming World and lost two stone in less than six months. I’m 56, and before the makeover I thought I ought to tone things down, but I don’t think I should now! If I’m wearing the right things for my body, I don’t need to!’ Kara wears: top, £38, 8-20, Next. Jeans, £139.95, 8-18, NYDJ at John Lewis. Shoes, £175, 3-7, Russell & Bromley.
