Whizz crumb for venison. Prepare venison to end of step 2. Cool, cover, chill

Make mirror glaze for pudding About 5pm (or when glaze is ready)

Glaze pudding and decorate. Chill 6pm

Complete palmiers

Prepare step 1 of Three Root Boulangère Prepare step 1 of Speedy Roasted Broccoli Remove venison from fridge 7.30pm

Start roasting the venison and boulangère

If making, prepare Wild Mushroom and Lentil Filo Spiral to end of step 4 7.45pm

Brush venison with mustard and press on crumb. Continue roasting 7.55pm

Reheat palmiers, if serving warm 8pm Get the party started with your nibbles! 8.20pm

Remove foil from boulangère Complete and plate starter About 8.30pm

Remove venison to rest (reserve roasting tin) If making, cook filo spiral Serve starter 8.45pm
