Steven Spielberg is adding his magic touch to the much-loved 1950s Broadway musical. In New York’s Upper West Side, teenagers Tony (Ansel Elgort) and Maria (Rachel Zegler) fall in love despite being affiliated with rival gangs. December
NO TIME TO DIE
In Daniel Craig’s final Bond performance, the retired spy is living peacefully in Jamaica… until he receives a letter from an old friend. With Fleabag’s Phoebe Waller-bridge working on the script, it’s set to be 007 with a difference. April
DEATH ON THE NILE
Kenneth Branagh directs and stars once again as Detective Poirot in the sequel to 2017’s Murder On The Orient Express. The Agatha Christie adaptation features an all-star cast, including Dawn French (right) and Jennifer Saunders. October
TOP GUN: MAVERICK
Tom Cruise is back in action in the role of Pete ‘Maverick’ Mitchell in the sequel to the 1986 cult classic. On this outing, he’s mentoring a new generation of pilots, and the stunts are set to be spectacular. July
MILITARY WIVES
Expect wit and charm aplenty as Kristin Scott Thomas (left) and Sharon Horgan star in this film, which is based on the true story of a group of women who formed a choir while their partners served in Afghanistan. Their unexpected and meteoric rise to fame makes for a brilliant watch. March
THE SECRET GARDEN
Fans of the classic novel are in for a treat, as this year sees its fourth film adaptation. Colin Firth plays Sir Craven, while Julie Walters (left) takes on the role of Mrs Medlock. April
