For something a little different, try these chunky salmon fillet pieces. Marinated in a Thai-style sweet chilli, lemongrass, coriander and soy glaze, the fish is deliciously juicy.

M&S King Scallop and Chorizo Kebabs

£11 for 250g (4pk) 87/100

These skewers are threaded with bite-size, scallops and smokey chorizo slices with a mild chilli and herb glaze. Our panel enjoyed the contrast in textures between the soft shellfish and crisp meat, although some found the latter a little overpowering. BURGERS

For a taste of Spain, make Tesco’s chunky chorizo the centre of your barbecue spread. Some testers found these a little salty, but if you’re after a hearty, smokey sausage with plenty of paprika, you’ll love them.
