British-born Mira learned to cook with her Indian mother and grandmother, and now gives traditional dishes a twist to make them healthier. As well as collabs with restaurants and food brands, she runs cookery classes and wellness events. Her first book of vegetarian dishes, Saffron Soul (£20, Jacqui Small) is out now. ‘I hope this inspires people to experiment with spices and grains and greens,’ she says.
