Christmas is all about getting together and feasting with your favourite people – and it’s the one time of the year when you don’t need an excuse to overindulge! Usually by the time Christmas Day comes around, I’ve been served the turkey dinner on repeat, so come the 25th I’m ready for something a little more exciting and different. But fear not! This Christmas dinner still includes the essential roast potatoes and plenty of gravy, but with my own festive twist. Tuck in!
