Blue Ivy. That’s if her appearance at the Wearable Art Gala in LA last week is anything to go by. Blue – six-yearold daughter of Beyoncé and Jay-z – casually bid $19,000 on a piece of art. She lost out ( Jay was filmed holding her hand down to stop her spending even more), but proceeded to win the next item for $10,000.
