THE GRIEF NEVER GOES

‘Not having a second child day(hurtsevery’ 30 April) was humbling. I empathise with Kelly Rose Bradford. My second pregnancy was touch-and-go from the start, resulting in an emergency Caesarean almost ending our lives. Being diagnosed with a hereditary condition in 2009 destroyed all chances of conceiving again, and I was already six weeks pregnant. Having to have a termination was devastating. I still dream oshf ahraovning another child.
