PREP LIPS WITH A LINER ‘ When it comes to creating a perfectly painted red lip, a lip liner really is a girl’s best friend. When you apply it, look into a mirror and smile, tightening the skin on the lips to see exactly where to apply the pencil. Starting at the outer corners, trace the liner just outside the natural lip line. This will help cheat a fuller pout, create symmetry and help to stop the lipstick bleeding, without looking unnatural. For long-lasting power, you can also use a lip liner as a stencil all over the lips.
