Third European base for MyEnergi
A SURGE in electric vehicle sales and growing interest in ethical living has led to the creation of a third European base for MyEnergi. Ireland has been added to German and Benelux operations by the award-winning microgeneration specialist.
The new subsidiary, located in Ballycastle, will be spearheaded by Pearse McHenry, a longstanding business partner of the Grimsby firm.
It comes in the week of St Patrick’s Day, with the firm on the right footing with its near emerald green corporate colours. Jordan Brompton, co-founder and chief marketing officer, said: “Unveiling our subsidiary in Ireland is our latest step in an ambitious programme of international expansion. With Pearse at the helm, we’re confident that we can build on our strong market presence with on-the-ground expertise and knowledge.
“Pearse has been a driving force in the MyEnergi journey since the very beginning. Supported by the Irish government’s commendable plans for a cleaner future, we cannot think of a better person to help grow myenergi in Ireland.”
Mrs Brompton, who together with co-founder and managing director Lee Sutton has just taken possession of a new headquarters at Pioneer Business Park, Stallingborough, said the move will bring the brand’s product range to the masses, helping residents benefit from a more sustainable lifestyle, as well supporting the government’s commitment to cleaner living.
