MAN CHARGED WITH SEXUAL ASSAULT

John Franklin, 63, of Pendle Leisure Park, Nelson, appeared at Calderdale Magistrates’ Court charged with 14 counts of sexual offences against a girl, aged under 16, in the Brighouse area. He will return to court on September 9.
