Trucking along the M62 for the NHS
A TRUCK convoy showed its support for the NHS as an impressive array of vehicles travelled along the M62.
The trucks set off from Hartshead Moor Services on Saturday morning and drove 40 miles on the M62.
Crowds braved the wet and windy weather to gather on numerous bridges over the motorway to show their support for the event.
One of the organiser’s said the event raised £950 for the NHS, which had its 72nd anniversary on Sunday.
Organiser’s hope the event can be organised again next year and the truckers would raise money for the children’s charity Make A Wish.
