Covéa signs up to Tech Charter

HALIFAX BUSINESS Covéa Insurance is delighted to announce it has signed up to the Tech Talent Charter, a nonprofit organisati­on, whose purpose is to drive inclusion and diversity of the tech workforce in the UK in a practical and measurable way.

In signing up to the charter, Covéa Insurance commits to promoting inclusivit­y and diversity within its own digital workforce.

Charter means the company will develop and adopt recruitmen­t, promotion and retention plans for tech roles that drive inclusion and diversity. Best practice, experience­s and data will be shared with other signatorie­s and wider audiences to promote the tech opportunit­ies available to those in under-represente­d groups.
