Covéa signs up to Tech Charter
HALIFAX BUSINESS Covéa Insurance is delighted to announce it has signed up to the Tech Talent Charter, a nonprofit organisation, whose purpose is to drive inclusion and diversity of the tech workforce in the UK in a practical and measurable way.

Charter means the company will develop and adopt recruitment, promotion and retention plans for tech roles that drive inclusion and diversity. Best practice, experiences and data will be shared with other signatories and wider audiences to promote the tech opportunities available to those in under-represented groups.
