Growth despite challenges

- Abigail Kellett

A FULFILMENT and direct mail firm has seen turnover increase by more than 46 per cent in the last six months compared with the same period a year ago, amidst a global pandemic and strict lockdown measures which have affected many businesses.

Despite the challenges of Covid-19 over the last year, Brighouse based The Flow Group, has seen a rapid increase in turnover.

Head of Sales and Marketing at The Flow Group, Andrew Robinson said: “As everyone will agree, the last 12 months have been like no other.

“During each lockdown period, our clients have been initially cautious, but after things have settled, many firms have grasped the opportunity to reach out to their target audience. Given that most people are working from home and therefore, more responsive to their marketing campaigns, especially within the B2C sector.”

Since completing their merger deal in March with Mr Flyer, The Flow Group has gone from strength to strength, including seeing a significant uptake in their pick and pack fulfilment service for e-commerce businesses.

Reflecting the current nationwide demand for online sales, Flow has seen enquiries for this service triple.

Andrew added: “For some firms, its very much business as usual.

“We are really fortunate that we are able to contribute to the growth and sustainability of our clients, especially during these challenging times.”
