WATCHING THE Sutton game back, I thought we did well, they’re top of the league for a reason but I think, certainly first-half we played really well.

We created some really good chances and the same in spells in the second-half as well.

But their strengths are putting the ball in the box, competing and getting second balls, and unfortunately for us, they got their two goals doing exactly that.

So there’s a bit of disappointment there that we weren’t able to stand strong and keep doing what we were doing.

But it’s a point in the right direction and we’ve just got to keep going and keep ticking off the points if we can.

We’ve got players coming back pushing the squad, we know what we’re about and what we’re good at.

We’re just desperate to get those wins and keep pushing up the table.

We’ve got to go into each game full of confidence, training has been good again this week.

The focus has got to be each game as it comes and hope we can be in the mix come the end of it.

I’m relatively happy with how I’ve done since returning from injury.

To just get a point out of the two games is disappointing but on a personal level, it’s nice to be back involved and leading the team out again.

I’ve certainly missed that, and missed the buzz around training, so I’m just delighted to be back, to be fit and healthy and help move the club forward if I can.

I think they’re all winnable games now, we’re confident in ourselves and our ability.

Certainly at home, on the big pitch, it gives our quick players chance to get on the ball and make things happen.

We’ll be desperate to do well on Monday, get our players on the ball and create chances.
