Victoria Theatre, Halifax, April 7, 7.30pm

The world’s most famous Beatles tribute band is returning to The Victoria Theatre on Thursday, April 7 at 7.30pm - and you could WIN tickets to the show. The Bootleg Beatles continue to draw critical acclaim across the globe with their flawless recreation of the greatest songbook in history.

Tracing the Fab Four’s journey through the swinging 60s, every tiny detail is forensically observed from their authentic stage wear and instruments to their witty Beatle-banter, mindbogglingly accurate vocal impersonation and uncanny look-a-like.

With a little help from their own orchestral ensemble, and featuring a special set of songs from the Let It Be LP, this show is an absolute must-see for Beatle-maniacs of all ages.

The Beatles famously turned their back on touring towards the end of their career but The Bootleg Beatles, due to Covid, as with the rest of the industry were forced into an unwanted hiatus. For a band that exists to perform live, and has toured the world constantly since their inception over 40 years ago, it was a bitter pill to swallow.

For Steve White, who plays Paul McCartney in the show and will next year celebrate a decade as a Bootleg Beatle, the Lockdown period meant lots of time to practice. Steve said: “To finally be back touring again is such a joy, firstly it’s great to be back doing what we do, but there’s no words to describe the atmosphere of being on stage performing to an audience that have the same love of the music. What a privilege!”

The Courier and our Calderdale sister titles have teamed up with the Victoria Theatre to run a competition where we are giving away two pairs of tickets to the show. To enter, simply answer the following question:
