Renee Zellweger is back as the lovelorn Bridget Jones in Bridget Jones’baby. The third film in the popular series sees Bridget entering her 40s and coping with an unexpected pregnancy - but the problem is that she’s not sure who the father is. It’ll be screening at cinemas across Lanarkshir­e from this Friday, September 16.

Michelle Mcmanus will stop by Hamilton Town House on Sunday, September 25 as part of the Ha Ha Hamilton comedy festival. She’s performing an updated version of Michelle Mcmanus’ Reality: The Musical, a humorous look at her life since she won Pop Idol over 10 years ago.

The show promises to reveal Michelle’s true feelings about Simon Cowell and Gillian Mckeith, too.

Tickets are £10 and £8 for concession­s. Hamilton pop band Teencantee­n have now released their debut album. The female foursome officially launched Say It All With A Kiss last week.
