NHS Lanarkshire annual review

-

NHS Lanarkshire‘s annual review will take place on Tuesday, October 4, from 1pm to 4pm at New College Lanarkshire’s Coatbridge campus.

It offers members of the public the chance to hear about NHS Lanarkshire’s performance over the past year, including key challenges and successes.

Neena Mahal, chair of NHS Lanarkshire, said:“the annual review offers people in Lanarkshire a chance to hear how the board has performed over the past year and speak directly to members of the board about the services we provide.

“This has been a particularly busy year with new interim arrangements introduced for our out-of-hours services and three new facilities opening in East Kilbride, Kilsyth and Wishaw.

“I would encourage people to come along on the day or, if you can’t attend, please submit a question you would like answered about our performance. Everyone who submits a question will receive a response even if we are unable to address it during the review.”

The event will open with refreshments and a series of marketplace displays, with the review itself starting from 2pm and finishing at 4pm.

As places for the event are limited, members of the public are asked to reserve their place in advance. To book a place or submit a question please contact Roslyn Rafferty on 01698 858210 or email Roslyn.rafferty@lanarkshire.scot. nhs.uk by Friday, September 23.

If you require any assistance to attend the event at Coatbridge’s Kildonan Street, including travel, this can also be arranged for you when you confirm your attendance.
