The couple
Bride Emma, from Motherwell, works as a senior negotiator with Homelink Estate Agents. Groom Alan, from Uddingston, is the chief operating officer at Motherwell Football Club.
Where they met
Both being Motherwell fans, they actually met on a Motherwell supporters’bus going to away games.
The wedding
The ceremony was held at the Macdonald Crutherland House Hotel on Saturday, June 11. Their reception, also at the Macdonald Crutherland, was attended by 200 family and friends.
Attire
The bride wore the Keira gown (Ella Rosa collection) by Kenneth Winston, while Alan wore Grey Pride of Scotland Tartan Kilts from Mccalls of Glasgow.
Bridal party
Bridesmaids were Emma’s best friend Gemma Burns and relative Levi Wilson, flower girl was Amber Grieve, pageboy was Jake Burrows (the couple’s four-year-old nephew) and the best men were Ross Clarkson and Alistair Reilly.
Honeymoon
Due to busy work schedules, the newlyweds have still to go away for their honeymoon!
