Our walk and talk group, which combines a walk and social interaction is up and running and takes place every secondtuesday.

The walks vary in destination and ability so that they are accessible to all and therefore booking is required to ensure it is suitable for you.

We have so far visited Strathclyde Park, Glasgow Green and Pitlochry. Next walk is on Tuesday, November 15.

Easy Exercise to suit all mobilities. Tuesdays from 9.15am till 10.30am. Exercise to music in the comfort and company of LDVG. Enjoy 30 minutes exercise followed by a wind down, relaxation routine.

Computer classes for Complete Beginners. Start with the basics and learn from there. We can help you to open up a whole new world of information and fun.

Find out about your hobbies, catch up with distant relatives, buy things online. Is there something else you would like to learn? Let us know your thoughts. Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm till 3pm. Booking required.

Are your interested in gardening or any associated activities? Our gardening group are preparing for winter, considering winter vegetables, filling hanging baskets and decorative pots etc. Can you help make Christmas Wreaths, table top decorations or do you have any ideas you can share?

Christmas Fair planned for Saturday, December 3, from 10am till 12.30pm. More information to follow.

Lots of volunteering opportunities available. In particular need of driver volunteers to drive our wheelchair accessible mini buses to transport older people in the community, allowing them to access the services and groups running in our centre. Volunteering to suit your availability.
