Amy from Motherwell has her own beauty salon, La Bella Vita. Groom Aidan from Motherwell is an electrician with Mccann Electrical.

Where they met

Aidan and Amy met online through friends 10 years ago.

The wedding

The ceremony was held at Motherwell Cathedral on September 23. Their reception, at Bothwell Bridge Hotel, was attended by 170 family and friends.

Attire

The bride wore a bespoke dress made by Susanne Christyne Bridal, George Square, while Aidan wore a kilt from Mackenzie Menswear Glasgow.

Bridal party

Bridesmaids were Lisa Sinclair, Rebecca Sinclair, Paula Miller, Jilly Welsh, Natalie Melville, Ashleigh Ferrie and Meghan Ferrie. Flower girls were Sienna Mccann and Carys Mcguire. Page boys were Jamie Rooney and Lee Mcguire. Best man was Andrew Holmes and Ushers Ryan Mccann, Kieran Ferrie and Mark Mcguire.

Honeymoon

The newlyweds travelled to Dubai for five nights then the Maldives for seven nights for their honeymoon.
