Hope Cafe Lanarkshire is a peer-led community organisation promoting positive mental health and well-being.

Organisers work hard to promote positive mental health and well-being by providing access to opportunities to engage with activities proven to support a positive sense of emotional well-being.

They tackle stigma and discrimination faced by people experiencing mental health problems by speaking openly about mental illhealth.

Information stalls and free training opportunities are held for the local community, while free self-help resources and information leaflets are available at the community cafe.

The pop-up cafe runs in Stonehouse twice a month on a Thursday from 10am to 2pm.

Dates are available through the Hope Cafe Lanarkshire Facebook page, and are also printed in the Hamilton Advertiser.
