Appeal for volunteers
The Strathaven Community Bus needs volunteers to secure the future of the lifeline service.
It serves over 1000 people and around 20 groups across Avondale.
Contact community transport chair Phil Brittin on (01357) 520472 or philipbrittin123@btinternet.com if you are a local driver and can give up one morning every two to three weeks to help support youth groups and get pensioners to various events.
