Revellers are gearing up for one of the most glamorous nights of the year next weekend - the Avia Signs Ladies’ Night at Hamilton Park Racecourse.

Fabulous fillies will descend on the legendary venue on Saturday, August 5, decked out in their most show-stopping outfits.

Ladies’ Night is set to be a jewel in the crown of the racecourse’s sparkling season, with a host of exciting activities, top racing and a series of heart-stopping performances in store.

Capital presenter Marvin Humes will headline the event with an amazing post-racing DJ set, while X-factor winner Matt Terry, and fan favourite Jake Quickenden will thrill crowds with performances earlier in the day.

The glittering event will feature the Best Dressed Lady competition, hosted by Capital’s breakfast dream team Des Clarke and Amy Irons, with £1000 cash, a £500 East Kilbride gift card and more goodies going to the winner, who will be picked by heartthrob Jake.

Ladies can also enjoy the Moet and Chandon Champagne Bar, a new cocktail bar from Anchorline, live fashion shows, and an exclusive shopping marquee with the likes of Debenhams and EK, East Kilbride.

Vivien Currie, chief executive at Hamilton Park racecourse, said: “The countdown is truly on to our most glamorous night of the season, and every year gets better and better.

“The atmosphere on Ladies’ Night is just electric as style, glamour, shopping and music all come together to create an absolutely show-stopping event.

“Our performers, Jake, Matt and Marvin, will add an extra sparkle to proceedings, carrying the party atmosphere from afternoon into the night.

“The response we’ve had to this year’s line-up has been phenomenal, and we can’t wait to welcome ladies (and gents) to enjoy it all on Saturday, August 5.”

Ladies’ Night is part of the ground-breaking Super Saturday series, which launched with huge success last year.

The concept, which is a first in UK racing, offers racegoers an unforgettable all-day experience with entertainment from noon followed by live evening racing.

Tickets for the extended, entertainment-packed event are on sale now, offering great value at just £25 if you buy through www. hamilton-park.co.uk during the advance booking period or £30 if you wait to buy on the day.

Gates open at noon. Under-18s are free and under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
