Probus talkon forensic science

Hamilton and District Probus Club resume activities on September 20.

The meeting will be held in the Ferniegair Community Hall and will begin with a talk by Professor Brian Caddy.

Professor Caddy will host an informativ­e talk on Forensic Science in the former Strathclyd­e Police.

The club is always looking for new membes.

It is open to men who are resident in or were engaged in business in Hamilton and district and have fully or partially retired from their normal profession­al or business careers and are aged 60 or over.

The club meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 9.30am, from September to April and has a wide and varied programme of talks lined up.

The president of the probus club for this year is Ian Forsyth MBE.
