Pupils pick new house names at Glengowan

Glengowan Primary School in Larkhall has a new house system.

Pupils had the opportunity to choose house names and enter a competition to design the house badges.

Merryton, Raploch and Summerlee were chosen.

Elections for house captains took place recently.

House captains, vicecaptains and the winning badge designers are pictured.

This initiative is part of the school’s plan to increase leadership opportunities for the pupils.
