Traditional Christmas market stalls and local talent showcase

Larkhall gala day committee are busy preparing to host their first traditional Christmas Street Market Fair.

The event will take place on Friday, December 1, from 5pm until 9.30pm where all of King Street and part of Caledonian Road will be closed to house marquees with traditional Christmas market stalls and a stage to showcase local talent.

Q Sports Lounge will also have a traditional style German hut erected where craft beers, mulled wine and German meats will be sold.

There will also be a Winter Wonderland with inflatables, selfie mirror, Santa Claus post box and grotto where kids can visit Santa and receive a gift.

The price of entry is still to be confirmed and, best of all, kids will be able to get their photo taken with Santa’s reindeer.
