The couple:

Rosemary, originally from Uddingston, works as a nurse with NHS Lanarkshire. Groom Allan, from Wishaw, is a customer service manager with Ascensos Motherwell.

Where they met:

Allan and Rosemary met through a friend in 2012.

The wedding:

The ceremony was held at St John the Baptist, Uddingston on March 3, 2018. Their reception, at The Westerwood Cumbernauld, was attended by family and friends.

Attire:

The bride wore Agatha by Ronald Joyce from Bijoux bridal in Hamilton, while Allan wore Highland Sky tartan from Slaters.

Bridal party:

Bridesmaids were Jennifer Houston, Caroline Archer and Louise Ryan; flower girls were Eilidh Mcrorie, Ellie Ryan and Rebecca Ryan; best man was David Mcrorie; and the ushers were David Gardiner and Fraser Paterson.

Honeymoon:

The newlyweds are travelling to Las Vegas, Denver and San Francisco for their honeymoon in the summer.
