Festival ofmale choirs

The 64th annual festival of the Lanarkshire Male Voice Choirs will be held at Hamilton Town House on Friday (March 23).

Choirs from Hamilton, Stonehouse, Monklands, Lesmahagow, Stirling and Glasgow will take part, with the guest choir being the Westerton Male Voice Choir from Bearsden.

Each choir will sing three pieces of their choice, and then the groups will come together to form a massed choir of over 200 voices to sing seven pieces.
