Hopecafe date

The Hope Cafe is held with the aim of promoting mental health well-being.

It offers relaxation and meditation sessions, a writing group, massage, an info table and a safe place to talk.

It will held in St Ninian’s Church hall on Vicars Street on Thursday, April 19, between 10am and 2pm each session.
