The event, held at 55 Victoria Street, ran from 10am-12.30pm on Saturday.
There was lots of activities throughout the day for all to enjoy including live music from Peter Gavin, tombola and lots of plants.
The gardening group worked hard in preparation for the sale putting together filled planters and bedding plants.
Ann Nisbet, volunteer co-ordinator said:“we were delighted with the turnout.
“The weather was kind and this allowed us to have some of our plants etc outside.
“The live music by Peter Gavin with special guest appearance from Bert Stirrat (as Dean Martin) and Kim Macaulay (as herself ), delicious home baking from some of our volunteers and friends and the assortment of stalls, games and activities added to the fun.
“Sincere thanks to all staff, volunteers, friends, members, local businesses and the general public for supporting this worthwhile fundraising event.
“Money raised on the day was just under £800 and we hope to build on this over the next few weeks by continuing to sell the plants produced by our gardening group.
“Orders can be taken for filled planters and hanging baskets or bring along your own and we will fill them for you.”
