Elaine, from Hamilton, works as a customer manager with British Gas.
Groom Johnny, from Larkhall, is an area manager with Clancy Traffic Management.
Where they met
Johnny and Elaine met at a friend’s house in January 2010 and were engaged to be married since September 2015.
The wedding
The ceremony was held at Dalziel Park on June 2, 2018.
Their reception, at Dalziel Park, was attended family and friends.
Attire
The bride wore a dress from Eleganza Sposa, Glasgow while Johnny wore a kilt from Gilt Edged, Glasgow.
Bridal party
Bridesmaids were Lisa Pattie, Louise Russell, Megan Watt, Claire Pollock, Gillian Lindsay, Ashley Hill and Elle Mckay; flower girl was Hannah Batchelor; pageboys were Xander Mccann and Riley Mccann; best man was Chris Mckay; and ushers were Craig Pattie, Graeme Mccann, Graeme Batchelor, Terry Hetherston, Jamie Watt and Gary Johnston.
Honeymoon
The newlyweds travelled to Dubai, Australia and Bali for their honeymoon.
