The Regent Shopping Centre in Hamilton has some exciting events planned in August for shoppers.

The centre are laying on a five-hole indoor mini-golf course for families to try out their swing and putting style.

It takes place on Saturday, August 10 and Sunday, August 11 between 11am and 4pm.

Families and friends who take part will also be in with the chance of winning a super £200 Barrhead Travel gift voucher.

Now that the school holidays are drawing to a close this gives one lucky family a chance a winter getaway perhaps.

Both these attractions are free of charge.

The centre has recently undergone a facelift.

They have updated their logo and centre branding to bring a much fresher look.

And new signage has been installed around the centre with more to come. to plan The toilets have also been completely refurbished which, management says, has been a huge improvement to the scheme.

A separate baby changing facility for the convenience of shoppers has been added too.

There have also been a couple of new retail arrivals in the centre.

The Works opened in April and Officer’s Club reopened last week.

Bill Reid, manager at Regent Shopping Centre, said: “Regent Shopping Centre is at the heart of the community and we are keen to provide activities for families to do during the school holidays which are fun and free to enjoy.

“It’s been a busy few months at the centre with our upgraded toilet facilities, brand refresh, new signage and welcoming new tenants including The Works into the centre.

“We hope that families and friends will enjoy the activities planned.”
