The wedding of Greig Kerr and Hayley Leighfield

The couple

Greig and Hayley are both from Sandford, near Strathaven. Greig is a service engineer with Konecranes, while Hayley currently works as a full-time mother, formerly in the Ambulance Emergency Services.

When they met

Greig and Hayley met in a town called Gosport in Hampshire, while Greig was based here at HMS Sultan Naval base.

The wedding

Christian’s Greig and Hayley held their wedding at Hamilton Baptist Church on November 30, 2019. Their reception was held at the Avonbridge Hotel in Hamilton and was attended by 40 plus guests.

Honeymoon

The couple are going on a cruise in the near future.

Bridesmaid was Rebecca Littlefield; flower girl was their daughter Jessica; their son Ryan was pageboy; best men were the groom’s brother Scott Kerr and friend Neil Mackie.

Greig wore his Royal Navy uniform, whilst the bride wore Judith by Rebecca Ingram –Maggie Sottero from This Year;s Love in Hamilton.

Thanks

The couple would like to give our love and thanks to all the members of Hamilton Baptist Church who supported them through their journey to marriage, and David Wilson the pastor who married them.

Thanks also to Hayley’s dad for being the most wonderful father a girl could ask for, the bride’s friend Rebecca and groomsmen Scott and Neil.

Finally, thanks to all family and friends for supporting and showing the couple their love and of course the wonderful Caireen Harvey for capturing every special moment with such beautiful images.
