A 36-year-old female, 29-year-old male and a 47-year-old male were all arrested and held in custody for court on charges of alleged police assault, resisting arrest and threatening and abusive behaviour. The householder will be reported for obstruction and contravention of Reg 10 Health Protection (Coronavirus)(restrictions and Requirements) (s) Regulations 2020.

On September 8, local officers executed a drugs search warrant at a property in Buller Crescent, Blantyre. Police seized a hydraulic press plus mixing agents and drug paraphernalia. A 38-year-old male was arrested and charged with allegedly being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs.

Two males aged 30 and 53 were traced and have been charged and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

The male was traced, arrested and held custody for court.

Also on September 9, police responded to reports of a disturbance at Forrest Place, Crossford. The reports were of persons shouting and swearing within a property.

A 55-year-old male was identified and was allegedly in breach of his ASBO. He was arrested and held custody for court.

On September 11 an 18-year-old male was located and arrested for an alleged breach of 7pm-7am curfew bail at Carmuir, Forth. He was also held custody for court .
