NEW HOMES
Our dedicated sales executive acts as the principal liaison between client and the agency network.Their main responsibility is to ensure that every effort is made by the estate agency network to achieve sales on manned and unmanned developments, and that essential information and feedback is provided to the client, with approved methods of reporting adhered to.
In addition, our new homes team will structure and agree a bespoke marketing campaign with the client - to provide qualified, potential purchasers for each development and ensure an effective sales rate.
Our dedicated in-house Marketing Department provides New Home Sales with printed and electronic site-specific, point-of-sale advertising collateral, targeted at our extensive and nationwide database.We provide prominent window and wall displays in geographically relevant branches, as well as brochures and regional and national press where applicable. Our sites also benefit from our prominent online marketing on all the major property portals.
LAND ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL
