Di­rec­tor Dave Hart­nett joined the in­dus­try after leav­ing univer­sity and has worked for two of the largest es­tate agents in the UK. His last role be­fore be­com­ing di­rec­tor of El­liott & Co, saw him run an award-win­ning branch for a na­tional chain. It was in this po­si­tion that he gained his ARLA qual­i­fi­ca­tions in let­tings.

His drive comes from hav­ing a gen­uine pas­sion for what he does. Al­ways ea­ger to help and of­fer ad­vice, you can be guar­an­teed that he will al­ways go the ex­tra mile.You can of­ten find Dave in the of­fice on bank hol­i­days or late evenings.

Thomas Frutchey started his ca­reer in es­tate agency work­ing with a lo­cal fam­ily-run of­fice. Dur­ing his many years in ser­vice he be­came known as ‘the go-to guy’ if any­one ever needed a prob­lem deal­ing with.

Thomas has lived in South Ruis­lip for many years and is well known to the com­mu­nity. It is th­ese same links which have al­lowed El­liott & Co to grow so rapidly in the last year and for us to be­come the agent of choice. Thomas also speaks Pol­ish and this has been in­valu­able deal­ing with the Pol­ish com­mu­nity.

Lead­ing the sales team is Ashish Pa­tel – and there could not be a safer pair of hands. Both Ashish and Dave worked to­gether for many years and El­liott & Co has re­ally ben­e­fited from this re­la­tion­ship.

level and ran a highly suc­cess­ful branch be­fore join­ing the company.

He is ca­pa­ble of over­see­ing ev­ery part of the sales process, of­ten do­ing ev­ery­thing from view­ings to sales chas­ing. He is a peo­ple per­son and no mat­ter how ex­pe­ri­enced or in­ex­pe­ri­enced you may be, he will guide you through the whole process. Ashish’s strength lies in know­ing peo­ple, and as such he tai­lor-makes a per­sonal ser­vice for each of his clients.

Ashish also speaks Gu­jrati which is a real ad­van­tage in the sur­round­ing area.

Both Thomas and Dave, when pre­sented with El­liott & Co, saw it as an op­por­tu­nity to carry on a well-es­tab­lished business.

Now, hav­ing un­der­gone a com­plete makeover and new fresh re­brand, the company has been brought into the 21st cen­tury.
