Director Dave Hartnett joined the industry after leaving university and has worked for two of the largest estate agents in the UK. His last role before becoming director of Elliott & Co, saw him run an award-winning branch for a national chain. It was in this position that he gained his ARLA qualifications in lettings.

His drive comes from having a genuine passion for what he does. Always eager to help and offer advice, you can be guaranteed that he will always go the extra mile.You can often find Dave in the office on bank holidays or late evenings.

Thomas Frutchey started his career in estate agency working with a local family-run office. During his many years in service he became known as ‘the go-to guy’ if anyone ever needed a problem dealing with.

Thomas has lived in South Ruislip for many years and is well known to the community. It is these same links which have allowed Elliott & Co to grow so rapidly in the last year and for us to become the agent of choice. Thomas also speaks Polish and this has been invaluable dealing with the Polish community.

Leading the sales team is Ashish Patel – and there could not be a safer pair of hands. Both Ashish and Dave worked together for many years and Elliott & Co has really benefited from this relationship.

Ashish has been trained to manager

level and ran a highly successful branch before joining the company.

He is capable of overseeing every part of the sales process, often doing everything from viewings to sales chasing. He is a people person and no matter how experienced or inexperienced you may be, he will guide you through the whole process. Ashish’s strength lies in knowing people, and as such he tailor-makes a personal service for each of his clients.

Ashish also speaks Gujrati which is a real advantage in the surrounding area.

Both Thomas and Dave, when presented with Elliott & Co, saw it as an opportunity to carry on a well-established business.

Now, having undergone a complete makeover and new fresh rebrand, the company has been brought into the 21st century.
