Hayes’ health scare

HAYES & District Bowling Association are hoping for some good news on Jim Ashton after he was rushed to hospital with chest pains during their game against Whiteknights at Reading.

Hayes lost the game 126-107, despite winning two rinks through M Stilwell, V Lewis, J Findlater and R Chamberlain (21-13) and J Chamberlain, S Kirton and D Anderson winning (25-14).
