Weekend launch for refitted apartments

ELEVEN refurbishe­d two bedroom apartments at Jupiter Heights, off Vine Lane in Uxbridge, are to be launched at an open day on Saturday (20 June). The homes all have new kitchens, bathrooms, windows and patio doors. Some apartments have balconies or private garden areas while all properties have allocated parking spaces with a number of electric charging points for residents' use.The area has been landscaped and the apartments benefit from Secured by Design accreditat­ion, a police preferred specificat­ion.

A sales office and show home is now open at 16 Jupiter Heights, allowing prospectiv­e purchasers a first look at the properties. Angela Walsh, head of sales and marketing at Annington, which carried out the refurbishm­ent, said: “These homes now offer excellent living spaces in a highly sought-after location.
