Weekend launch for refitted apartments

Harefield Gazette - - UXBRIDGE PROPERTY -

ELEVEN refurbished two bedroom apartments at Jupiter Heights, off Vine Lane in Uxbridge, are to be launched at an open day on Saturday (20 June). The homes all have new kitchens, bathrooms, windows and patio doors. Some apartments have balconies or private garden areas while all properties have allocated parking spaces with a number of electric charging points for residents' use.The area has been landscaped and the apartments benefit from Secured by Design accreditation, a police preferred specification.

A sales office and show home is now open at 16 Jupiter Heights, allowing prospective purchasers a first look at the properties. Angela Walsh, head of sales and marketing at Annington, which carried out the refurbishment, said: “These homes now offer excellent living spaces in a highly sought-after location. They would appeal to young professionals commuting into central London, as well as young families, downsizers and retirees. We'd like to encourage interested parties to visit us on our open day where people can view our show home and speak to members of staff who will be on hand to answer any questions.”

Danielle Gennard, sales director at appointed sales agents Gibbs Gillespie, expects the homes to be well received. She commented: “North Uxbridge is a highly desirable location due to its proximity to all local transport links. Therefore the demand for these properties in general is always going to be very strong. These are good homes that offer versatile accommodation with decent room sizes.”

Prices start from £325,000. For more information please contact Gibbs Gillespie Uxbridge Sales on 01895 272742.

These newly refurbished two bed apartments are just over a mile away from Uxbridge Station, which is on both the Metropolitan and Piccadilly underground lines.
