Coopers to move into former bank in

-

COOPERS loves Ickenham so much, it's opening an office there! The estate agency has decided to expand its business and open a new office in Ickenham. The office, which is scheduled to open in September 2015 is at 27-29 Swakeleys Road.

The premises was previously occupied by Barclays bank but has been vacant since 27 September 2014. Coopers plans to turn the unit into a welcoming office which residents of Ickenham will be pleased to have on the parade.

Partner Mark Cooper said: “Estate agencies attract browsers, which is generally good for the viability of shopping parades where there are numerous independent retailers.

“The existing frontage does not make a positive contribution to the street, we hope that our new office will change this and benefit the parade in general.”

The opening of a new branch comes in the wake of the success enjoyed by the company's six other branches in Ruislip, Ruislip Manor, Hillingdon, Uxbridge,West Drayton and Fitzrovia.

With these offices all working in tandem, Coopers will be able to provide clients with unrivalled marketing – meaning their property will reach the widest audience possible.
