Sympathy for airport distress

IT is with great sadness that I read in your paper the nightmare for which the expansion of Heathrow is causing for Mr & Mrs Thomas.

It seems to me that big business flouts the dignity and respect of good people who are threatened with this nightmare. It will never end in my opinion until good sense prevails.
