Biker hospitalised after collision
A SCOOTER rider was taken to hospital after a collision in Uxbridge on Monday morning.
Police were called just after 10.10am to Park Road, Uxbridge, to reports of a Toyota Yaris in collision with a Vespa scooter.
The collision happened between the junctions of Belmont Road Harefield Road.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “A man in his 20s was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service with a head injury.
“The injury is not life threatening.”
Police have not yet made any arrests and
and they continue enquiries.
Hillingdon Police alerted that the road was closed through their Twitter account.
After around 40 minutes, they updated with: “Road closure will be opening in around five minutes. Thank you for your patience.”
