Fantastic treatment despite the chaos

I WAS admitted to A&E a couple of weeks ago and I would like to put on record my thanks to the staff who were thoroughly professional despite the chaos in the waiting area.

The additional pressure is put on Hillingdon by the closure of a variety of departments at Ealing.
