LONG-ESTABLISHED:

Michael Adamson (left) and David Miller (right) first started work at Charrison Davis estate agents in Harlington 20 years ago.Today they run two branches, having recently opened an office in Hayes.

TWO of the area’s longest serving estate agents share an anniversary this year. It was 20 years ago that Michael Adamson and David Miller came to work at Charrison Davis estate agents in Harlington.

The pair went on to buy out the founder Guy Charrison in 2004 and now operate a business which, along with sales and lettings, has branched out into block management and new homes development.

Michael, who has recently overseen the opening of the firm’s new offices in Kings Hill Avenue, North Hayes, explained: “We are very lucky that our company is so well-known in the area.

“We are now helping the grandchildren of some of our original customers to buy or rent their first home.

“This is very rewarding and clearly suggests that we did something right the first time round.”

David added: “Our industry has undergone many changes in the last 20 years and on some levels it would be unrecognisable to someone who worked in this area back in the 1990s.

“However one thing still remains very much the same, which is that people recognise the investment potential in this area. Here’s to the next 20 years!”

Charrison Davis branches are at:
