Agency’s big month of award successes

LOCAL estate agent Gibbs Gillespie has scored a series of award successes in the last month. The company, which has a sales and lettings offices in the centre of Ruislip and was started in Ruislip Manor, has made the shortlist in several categories for three different estate agency industry competitio­ns.

It enjoyed a hat trick of successes in the popular industry’s magazine

awards by being shortliste­d for Best Website, South East Agency of the Year and Best Medium Size Agency (between 4-11 offices).

It has also made the finals of the global Internatio­nal Property Awards which are to take place on Saturday (October 9).

To complete the ‘Super September’ for Gibbs Gillespie, its Ruislip office won the estate agent review web site, All Agents, Best Letting Agent in Ruislip and HA4.

In the All Agents competitio­n Gibbs Gillespie won the Gold award for Best Lettings Agent in Ruislip & HA4.

The agency’s co-founder Paul Gillespie said: “We are delighted to get recognitio­n from so many industry organisati­ons.

“The different competitio­ns all feature some of the biggest national names in the industry so to go toe to toe with these companies shows how good our team of local experts are.

The company is no stranger to winning awards. It has won dozens, including Estate Agency of the Year in 2009.

The Negotiator awards ceremony will be held in Park Lane, London, on November 3.
