Agency’s big month of award suc­cesses

LO­CAL es­tate agent Gibbs Gillespie has scored a se­ries of award suc­cesses in the last month. The com­pany, which has a sales and let­tings of­fices in the cen­tre of Ruis­lip and was started in Ruis­lip Manor, has made the short­list in sev­eral cat­e­gories for three dif­fer­ent es­tate agency in­dus­try com­pe­ti­tions.

It en­joyed a hat trick of suc­cesses in the pop­u­lar in­dus­try’s mag­a­zine

awards by be­ing short­listed for Best Web­site, South East Agency of the Year and Best Medium Size Agency (be­tween 4-11 of­fices).

It has also made the fi­nals of the global In­ter­na­tional Prop­erty Awards which are to take place on Satur­day (Oc­to­ber 9).

To com­plete the ‘Su­per Septem­ber’ for Gibbs Gillespie, its Ruis­lip of­fice won the es­tate agent re­view web site, All Agents, Best Let­ting Agent in Ruis­lip and HA4.

In the All Agents com­pe­ti­tion Gibbs Gillespie won the Gold award for Best Let­tings Agent in Ruis­lip & HA4.

The agency’s co-founder Paul Gillespie said: “We are de­lighted to get recog­ni­tion from so many in­dus­try or­gan­i­sa­tions.

“The dif­fer­ent com­pe­ti­tions all fea­ture some of the big­gest na­tional names in the in­dus­try so to go toe to toe with these com­pa­nies shows how good our team of lo­cal ex­perts are.

The com­pany is no stranger to win­ning awards. It has won dozens, in­clud­ing Es­tate Agency of the Year in 2009.

The Ne­go­tia­tor awards cer­e­mony will be held in Park Lane, Lon­don, on Novem­ber 3.
