Wealdstone U16s B fight back for victory

WEALDSTONE U16s B eased out near neighbours Ruislip Town at the weekend.

Having conceded an early goal, Ciaran Ammon and Rhys Welch turned the tables before the Stones added a third to make absolutely sure for skipper Josh Edwards’ side.

Stanley Geraghty’s hat-trick sent West Drayton Explorers U8s Blues to a 7-3 victory over BJ Minors, Jack Taylor also notching twice and further goals from Lewis Tolson and Remi Kowalczyk. The U7s Blues lost 4-1 to Boyle Hill Bullets.

Ethan Cupido’s brace, a Joe Rossiter penalty and Tristan Villacrusi­s and Matthew Keane strikes saw the U9s Reds edge out Chalfont Saints 5-4 in a thriller.

The U9s Purples beat Chalfont United 3-2, Jay Fitzgerald and Rocky Rokas among the goalscorer­s.

Christophe­r Burton and Callum Hayworth-Sharp were on target for the U9s Blues in a 2-0 win over Chippenham Zebras.

Steely Burton and Jake Pickett both hit hat-tricks while Reece Butler, Godwin Osifo and an own goal completed the scoring for the U10s in a 9-2 triumph over Maidenhead Warriors.

An Aiden Edwards double, four from Ray Murray, Sammy Spasov and Kian Edwards helped the U11s Reds to a 8-2 win over Burnham. Brandon Pritchard and David Galjak scored in a 2-2 draw for the U14s against the same opposition.

Heathrow Youth claimed victory against West Drayton Youth scoring 17 times in the process. Lewis Jones scored five while Frankie Major netted four, Archie O’Sullivan completed his hat-trick and Zack Rodgers scored a brace with Samuel Trim, Connor Kreary and Hanit Tavares all on the scoresheet with Lewis Jones being awarded Man of the Match in the 17-4 win.
