Feel good, help others

-

A PERSONAL trainer wants to help Hillingdon residents to lose weight while also raising money for good causes.

Lloydie Davies, 37, who is based at The Fitness Suite in Harefield, is launching his new initiative in January, and wants to hear from anyone who is making weight loss part of their new year resolutions.

His business model is to donate 50% of the profits from the training sessions to charity, with clients choosing where the donations will go.

Lloydie, who lives in The Furrows, Harefield, said: “I’m very keen for clients and people to suggest worthy causes to work for and with as I’m keen to help a variety of causes and not just stick to the one.

“I want my clients to get involved and suggest worthy causes close to their heart and hopefully really make a difference in our community.”

Customers who join the initiative will not only feel and look great, says Lloydie, but “will feed their soul by doing good for others in the process”.

The personal trainer said his 15 month old daughter and second child who is due in February are a big motivator for him.

The cost for four weeks training of three early morning sessions a week is £200, a 12 week phase of £600 would see £300 going to charity.

The benefits to the customer is a body transformation program, semi-private training sessions and fully customised and periodised nutrition program

Potential clients can contact Lloydie directly at info@thefitnessuite. com or can enter their details on the sign up page www.thefitnes suite.com/?p=358.
