Man hospitalis­ed after street stabbing

A MAN in his twenties was rushed to hospital after being stabbed during a fight in broad daylight in Hillingdon on Saturday.

Police were called to the scene near Hillingdon Circus, in Long Lane, at around 2.30pm after reports a fight had broken out.

Officers found the victim suffering from stab wounds and he was quickly taken to hospital.

His injuries have been described as ‘not life threatenin­g’ and officers based in Hillingdon are investigat­ing the attack.

No arrests have been made and enquiries continue.

This is the third stabbing in Hillingdon in recent months, after previous attacks in Uxbridge and in Hayes.
