In essence, landlords of Orchard who benefit from Protected Rent no longer have the stress and worry of whether or not theyn will receive the rent each month as Orchard guarantees that if rent is not received within five working days, Orchard will pay the rent instead! No ifs or buts.

The response has been so positive that managing partner, Christopher Foster (MARLA) has decided that clients should no longer have to pay additional costs for this service and that Orchard will include it as STANDARD with its Fully Managed service, costing only 10% + VAT.
