Speculation in air pollution ‘report’

NO one should be fooled by last week’s so-called report on air pollution at Heathrow.

This ‘report’ has yet to be published let alone peer reviewed and seems based less on facts and more on highly imaginative speculation on the future of motor vehicle technology. It has already been ridiculed by Greenpeace and Client Earth

What a coincidence that this unpublished report should become a BBC news item at this critical juncture just before a government announcement on airport expansion. Only the cynical would think this was all part of an operation to soften up public opinion prior to a seemingly inevitable announcement for a third runway.

You would have thought that Theresa May had enough on her plate with Brexit, grammar schools, Hinckley, fracking and HS2.
